Our First Aid Classes are available for children from as young as 3 years old. Our Early Years (ages 3-6) Kids (7-11) and Teens classes (11-16) have won awards and provide children with the basic first aid knowledge required for a first aid emergency. The classes meet the new 2020 UK National Curriculum Requirements.
You can book onto a public class at a local venue, or you can enquire about classes to take place in schools, clubs or privately arranged venues.

Book this classDid you know that 50% of mental health issues start by the age of 14? We love teaching kids about first aid but we know that keeping a healthy mind is important to. Our healthy minds summer session will take place over 2 afternoons on Thurs 18th and Fri 19th August. Children will attend both sessions. It is ideal for children aged 7-11 years. Day 1 - We'll be looking at self esteem and how we feel about ourselves, anxiety, mindfulness, resilience, taking on new challenges. Day 2 - We'll be looking at bullying, body image, bodies in the media and keeping a healthy mind Sessions are fun, interactive and equip children with essential life skills around mental wellbeing. Each child will receive a certificate, stickers and a workbook. They will be encouraged to take home any resources or crafts from mindfulness jars to smile stones.

Our award winning early years first aid classes are for children aged 3-6 years and work with the early years curriculum. Children learn about what happens to their bodies if they are hurt and how they would be treated by a grown up.
There are x2 30minute workshops available:
1. In class 1 children meet my accident prone friend 'Bear' who needs some minor first aid and help calling 999. They also meet brave little Freddie who knows just what to do in an emergency including how to call for help when mummy is poorly.
2. In class 2 children learn the importance of safe eating practices as Freddie and his friends share the importance of sit, chop, chew. We look at choking prevention and what children can expect from adults if a choking incident occurs.
Both classes finish with a story from our award winning books 'The Mini Adventures of Freddie' and 'Sit, Chop, Chew'.
Open classes are available across the county and online for those wishing to find a class for their child. Please contact us if you would like to discuss a class for your childcare or education setting, or a private at home class for your child(ren).
Open classes are £10 per child which includes a certificate, stickers and a workbook.
A discount may be available when booking class 1 and 2 together. Half and full day rates available for schools and nurseries.

A favourite with schools and parents/carers, our Mini First Aid Kids class is designed for children aged 7-11 years. Children are starting to be more independent and can understand basic first aid. In this 60-90 minute session, children learn to deal with bumps, breaks, bleeding, carry out CPR and deal with choking. The class is practical and lots of fun!

This class meets KS3 requirements in England & Wales. The class is practical and lots of fun!

With mental health on the National Curriculum for Primary and Secondary schools, our Healthy Minds programme teaches children aged 7-11 about how to stay healthy mentally as well as physically.
