Our Blended First Aid At Work course is ideal for those who would like to cover a broader range of topics than that which is included in Emergency First Aid At Work (1 day) course. It would best those working in a larger or higher risk setting. The course covers first aid for adults and children over 1 year. First Aid At Work requires you to complete 18 hours of training. With our Blended First Aid At Work option you can complete 6 hours of e-learning at home and complete two days of practical in person training. Your e-learning code will be sent to you prior to your course. Please bring a copy of your certificate of completion with you to day 1 of your in person course. Our Blended First Aid At Work course covers the roles and responsibilities of a first aider, first aid kits, infection control, getting help safely in an emergency, helping a casualty who is unresponsive and breathing, helping a casualty who is unresponsive and not breathing, choking, drowning, heart problems, hyperventilation, wounds/bleeding, shock, breaks/fractures, seizures, burns, medical conditions and common illnesses, accident reporting.
